Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Showmusik Mastering website at mastering.showmusik.com. By using the site you accept them.

1. Ownership of site content and engine

All content on this site and the mastering engine behind it, including all text, design, imagery, software and processing methods, are proprietary. Copyright Showmusik / Oriano Medde. All rights reserved.

2. No scraping or reverse engineering

Automated scraping, bulk downloading, and any attempt to reverse engineer the mastering engine or the service are prohibited. This includes systematic uploads intended to probe, benchmark, or replicate the engine's behavior.

3. Your mixes stay yours

Uploaded mixes remain the property of the customer. By uploading, you grant us a processing license strictly limited to delivering the service: storing your file, mastering it, generating the preview and the quality report, and delivering the results to you. We do not use your uploads for anything else.

4. File retention

Results are deleted 14 days after processing. If you need your files after that, upload your mix again.

5. Purchases

Purchase terms, payment, and refunds are handled in the Shopify checkout and the terms presented there.
